Everything is new and the people who work there are very nice.
I did not like the sliding bathroom door which does not open all the way. I bumped into it twice and when I tried to open and close it, it literally came off its hinges. I almost did not get out of the bathroom. It is a very poor design. The other very annoying thing is that there were no instructions about how to turn off the horrible blue light behind the tv. I got no sleep and finally tried to hang my coat over it. Since I arrived so late, midnight, I did not dare to call downstairs to ask. I found no clear instructions in English. I figured it out later, but the control gadget had no marking and could have been for air conditioning. That blue light was the worst thing I have ever had to deal with.
From arrival to departure everything was first class inc the staff and breakfast. Large, clean, light rooms, excellent value for money
Having to pay for the car park
While the building is nothing special, and the corridors are a bit old, the room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, with a nice modern design. The bathroom was also great. Breakfast was quite nice as well, even though it isn't really out of ordinary.
No major problem, but a few minor nitpicks: - The elevator is slow, old, and not confidence inspiring - You need to login to access Internet, and the reception staff didn't give us the username and password initially, so I had to go down to pick them up later - we had a fair amount of luggage, and we would have appreciated a cart or something like that to help us carry it from the car to the room, but the hotel didn't have one.
Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful, friendly and happy.
Clean room and frendily staff
Nice and central. Opposite train station but no noise from it. Spacious room (comfort). Very nice bathroom/shower. Nice extras like fan, microwave and tea/coffee.
Expensive breakfast 15euro. The price put me off so went into town.
Very Good on all basics .
No draught beer
The Elevator is a little small and kind of slow
It was very clean The reception location seemed unfortunate The shower/toilet door in my room 405 would not stay closed...not nice! but not a bid problem
Nice rooms (light effects in the rooms, design). Friendly service at the reception. Cheap parking at the hotel (5,00 Euro/night) and the advice of the receptionist that there ist a free parking-space on sundays next to the hotel.
Breakfast could be refilled more often.
the room I stayed in was extrem small. (301) A better sign to the parking aerea would be helpfull when arriving on a rainfull night.
Pleasant nature of the staff.
The hotel access starirs are a bit cramped and dark, the elevator looks a little old.
The hotel was very clean, and our room was very spacious, with all the facilitesyou would expect. Excellent value for money :-)
Your people helped me to the post office.
As abig hotel, you should have a scale for us to weight something including our body.
Convenient Location and central to shops and restaurants.
Security -- Access to the room via the lift from the street although there were security cameras.
